Course aims

  • Build on your own experience and expertise in veterinary primary care environments to enhance skills and develop confidence in leadership, coaching, education and research.
  • Encourage a collaborative learning space for colleagues in veterinary primary care settings to refine their reflective practive and develop life long learning skills.
  • Inspire critical thinking and an evidence based approach to leadership and clinical decision making and infiltrate a culture of learning into the veterinary workplace.

Entry requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • British Honours Degree (2:2 class or above) in Veterinary Nursing, Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an approved institution of higher education
  • Non-standard applicants are welcomed. Recognition of Prior and Work-Based Learning in accordance with University regulations may be available
  • Have sufficient competency in English language (IELTS Level 6.0 or equivalent)
